Setup and use the Sleep Tracking feature on your iPhone

Sleep Schedule: Create a schedule and set a goal for your Sleep 

The Sleep Schedule feature allows you to create a routine for your bedtime. 

The Health App is available.

Navigate to Browse, and then tap on the category.

Select Set up Sleep and tap Next.

  • Open the app for your phone.
  • Select Browse in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
