  1. Open the Clock app for your iPhone and tap Timer at the bottom right.
  2. Next, select the length of your sleep timer. Because that's the average time it takes to fall asleep, we chose 30 minutes. However, your mileage may vary. After completing this step, tap the "When Timer Ends" button.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom, and then tap Stop Playing. Next, tap Set.
  4. The timer screen will be displayed again. Tap Start.
